Project Details:
The works consisted of constructing an Alaskan fish pass on the Dam Structure forming Primrose Lodge and undertaking remedial work to the Dam associated with the Fish Pass construction.
Civils Design work was carried out by Edenvale Young comprising Reinforced Concrete Pad foundations, Steel Resting Pools, repair work to the existing Dam Structure, Rock ramp to base of structure downstream of main works and sleeving of the existing Culvert.
The Fish Units and Eel Pass were designed and fabricated by Fishtek. The units were initially delivered to Bailey Contracts Ltd yard and were then craned onto the Pre constructed Concrete pad foundations. The units were then secured using Resin anchor bolts.
